Nominations open Tuesday, 20 July until Sunday, 8 August.
Anyone working in the Wellington hospitality industry can fill out a nomination form. The ‘industry’ encompasses all owners and workers at hospitality establishments and their direct suppliers. If you are unsure whether you are eligible to submit a nomination form, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can nominate anyone working in the Wellington hospitality industry, however you cannot nominate your colleagues or fellow employees, or the establishment you work for.
If your establishment is part of a group, you cannot nominate any staff members or establishments within the wider group.
Please NB: Employers/Managers can nominate their employees in the Emerging Front of House and Emerging Chef categories. You will be asked to provide information relating to this person and their role within your establishment on the nomination form.
Each establishment can only submit five nomination forms per business, any forms received over and above this will be disregarded.

To keep it fair, no individual is entitled to nominate themselves or the establishment they work for.
The Felix Wellington Hospitality Awards is open to all members of the industry, whether you are a member of the Restaurant Association or not...
However, it does pay to become a member of the Restaurant Association as there are a whole raft of benefits that can help you and your business.

Once nominations close on Sunday, 8 August at 5.00pm, the nominations are collated and the finalists will be contacted with further information.
Finalists will then be announced on our Facebook Page on Tuesday, 17 August and Final Voting opens.
You can vote for your favourite (from the finalists in each category) online from Tuesday, 24 August
Voting closes on Sunday, 26 September at 5.00pm.
Same rules apply for the voting form as they do the nomination form.

The Awards Evening will be held at Te Papa.
Anyone! The awards night is a celebration of the industry as a whole. We encourage people from all sides of the industry to come along.
Tickets are $99 per person ($89 for RA members) and include an open bar and substantial canapés.
PLEASE NOTE - Ticket numbers are strictly limited (due to venue capacity) so avoid missing out buy purchasing your tickets early.
Tickets to the awards night go on sale via our website on Tuesday, 20 July – the same day voting opens.
